All manuscripts submitted to this journal should follow the focus and scope, as well as the author guidelines of this journal. Submitted manuscripts should address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts should be free of plagiarism content. Authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to perform similarity checks. The editors check plagiarism of articles in this journal by using Turnitin software.

Peer review in this journal is an evaluation of the manuscript conducted by two or more individuals who have the same competence as the author. It aims to determine the appropriateness of the academic paper for publication. The review method is conducted in a double-blind manner to maintain quality standards and give the article credibility.

The editor will make the final decision of acceptance of the article according to the reviewers' comments. Publication of accepted articles, including the order of published articles, will be made by the Editor-in-Chief taking into account the order of receipt date and geographical distribution of authors and thematic issues.
