With great gratitude to God Almighty, we, the editorial team of the avant-garde journal, are happy to be able to publish the premiere of Volume 1 Number 1 of 2023. We hope that this journal can become one of the journals that becomes a reference for the world of education, especially in the field of performing arts education. We invite students, teachers, lecturers, researchers, and performing arts practitioners to participate and contribute by sending research and other writings so that we can publish them in the next issue.
